3. Sign and submit the Agreement to Mediate

• You will receive an Agreement to Mediate by email.

• Follow the prompts in the document to sign and submit the Agreement to our team.

Please collect and bring all relevant materials to the mediation session. If your session is virtual, please have all materials in pdf format and available to email to the other party or the mediator as needed.
