2. Pay for your mediation session. Each party pays its own session fee.

3. Sign and submit the Agreement to Mediate

• Once both parties have paid their respective session fees, you will receive an Agreement to Mediate by email.

• Follow the prompts in the document to sign and submit the Agreement to our team.

Once we have received and reviewed these materials, a team member will confirm your session.

Collect and bring all relevant materials to the mediation session.
